Rancho Mirage Country Club Home Owners Association (RMCCHOA) is comprised of 266 homes, each offering views of the golf course. Homeowners can enjoy the amenities of four outdoor community swimming pools with spas and a private one-mile roadway convenient for exercising, as well as special events including the Annual Homeowners Association Meeting, Dinner & Dance, pool parties and informal cocktail parties. Homeowners who choose to become members of Rancho Mirage Country Club can also enjoy golf, tennis and clubhouse privileges.
The main gated entrance to Rancho Mirage Country Club is located on Bob Hope Drive. It is staffed with an attendant 24-hours a day and the property is patrolled by vehicles at various times. There is an on-site management office and a maintenance employee.
There are a variety of styles of red-tile roofed homes in the community, ranging from 1,700 to 3,300 sq. feet. Owners may elect to have a private swimming pool in their rear yard (with the approval of the HOA) or they may enjoy the four community pool facilities.
Homeowners pay a monthly HOA fee, which includes property insurance, landscaping maintenance of common areas, street and swimming pool maintenance and staffing for the controlled entrance into the community.

Rancho Mirage Country Club (Homeowners Association (the Association) is a residential community consisting of 266 detached and semi-detached homes located at 3§-502 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, and CA. With occupancy beginning in 1984, the Association is built around the Rancho Mirage Country Club, a separate entity that provides golf memberships for a fee or allows play on a "per play" basis. The Country Club also provides its members with tennis courts and modified health club facilities (these facilities are not associated in any way with the HOA). The current monthly HOA assessment is $490 and includes maintenance ofthe common areas, four community swimming pools and spas, cable television, master insurance including earthquake coverage, and Gate Attendants at the entry gate twenty-four hours a day.

This list is reviewed and updated; at least, monthly but may not always display the most current information.
